BA Programme Eligibility Criteria
To enroll in the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Open and Distance Learning (ODL) or Online degree programmes at BAOU, applicants must fulfill the prescribed academic qualifications.

BA Examination and Student Evaluation Rules
Student performance is assessed through a two-tier evaluation system combining internal assignments and term-end examinations.

- Continuous Evaluation (30% weightage): All prescribed assignments must be submitted within the specified time limits before appearing in term-end examinations.
- Term End Evaluation (70% weightage): Students secure admission in August or February. The first exam takes place after completing one full year in the subsequent July or January session.
- Students cannot appear for the term-end exam prior to the completion of one full year of study.
