Ph.D. Admission 2026-27 Schedule and Process

Correction Fees and Document Rules

If a student requires corrections in personal details after securing admission, specific fees and documents must be submitted to the university office.

  • Name or Address Correction: Requires a formal application, certified copies of supporting documents, and a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 100.
  • Caste Category Correction: Requires an application, certified proof of caste, and a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 200.
  • SEBC Certificate: Must include a Non-Creamy Layer certificate valid up to the date of the admission process. Form No. 16, salary slip, or income certificate is mandatory.
  • Degrees from Outside Gujarat: Candidates holding degrees from universities outside Gujarat must present a verification certificate within 15 days of admission, or their admission will be cancelled.
