BAOU Result: How to Check Grade Card and Marks

To check your BAOU grade card and marks, use the online marksheet verification portal by selecting your course, passing year, and entering your enrollment number and birth date. For CCC/CCC+ results, use the dedicated portal with your application ID. Re-assessment deadlines for some August 2026 session courses are available until 03 October 2026 and 13 October 2026.

Check Your Grade Card and Marks for General Programs

You can verify your marksheet and check your grade card for various BAOU programs through the online verification portal.

  1. Open the Marksheet Verification portal.
  2. Select your Course from the dropdown list.
  3. Select the Passing Year from the dropdown list.
  4. Enter your Enrollment Number.
  5. Enter your Birth Date in dd/mm/yyyy format.
  6. Click the ‘Click Here…’ button to view your result.

Check CCC / CCC+ Exam Results

Results for the CCC / CCC+ examinations are available on a separate online statement portal. The notification for the May & June 2026 results will be published within a few working days.

  • If you find any discrepancy in your May & June 2026 result, email exam.technical@baou.edu.in by 01 July 2026. Applications after this date will not be considered.
  1. Go to the CCC / CCC+ Online Result Statement portal.
  2. Enter your Application ID.
  3. Click the ‘🔍 Show Result’ button.

Re-assessment Application Deadlines for August 2026 Session

Students can apply for re-assessment for specific courses. Applications received after the last date will not be accepted.

Requesting Answer Sheet Copies (RTI)

Under the Right to Information Act, students can request a copy of their answer sheet within 40 days of the result declaration. After this 40-day period, the right or claim to request the answer sheet will not be accepted.
